[Libav-user] [libswscale][rfc] threading

sylvain.bertrand
Hi,

While "scaling" an image (actually a conversion from yuv to srgb), is it a good
idea to do that with 2 threads: each with its own copy of the context, one
converting the slice from top to mid-height, the other one converting the slice
from bottom to mid-height?

regards,

You have to correctly set up the slices, an internal overlap is needed for
correct output iirc.
